For products

Customer can cancel their coffee beans or brewing equipment order before 24 hours with a valid reason; refunds will be made back to the payment solution used initially by the customer. 

Please, allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

RETURNS. Products that have to be returned back to the merchant must be done so within 7 days after the purchase date.  Products are eligible for returns in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was sent by the merchant.
  • The product is defective.
  • The product was damaged in shipping.
  • The product is tampered.

 If in case the customer would like a return and/or refund, the merchant will require visual proof from the customer to verification purposes. In this case, please get in touch with us on this email

Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.

For Courses/Services

There is no refunds for SCA COURSES, in case the client can not attend the class, a new date should be scheduled;
